Students from the University of Economics

On December 15, the AC☁DC team had the pleasure of welcoming an organized group of fourth-year students from the University of Economics – Varna. The visit was part of the future IT specialists’ ambition to get to know up close the real environment in which modern digital infrastructure is built and maintained.

The guests were students from "Informatics and Computer Science" and "Mobile and Web Technologies", with a pronounced interest in cloud technologies and data centers. They were accompanied by Prof. Dr. Silvia Parusheva, and the tour was personally led by the founder and manager of AC☁DC – Eng. Alexander Minchev.

During the visit, the students became acquainted with the basic working principles in a professional data center – from physical security and access control, through backup power and cooling, to network connectivity and infrastructure resilience. Special attention was paid to how the theoretical knowledge students acquire at university finds its real application in practice.

The meeting turned into an active discussion related to the daily work in a data center, the challenges facing the industry, and the future of IT infrastructure. Some of the students also showed interest in the internship program of AC☁DC, which once again confirms the importance of such initiatives for the professional orientation of young specialists.

For our team, this visit was another opportunity to contribute to the connection between education and real business by giving students a chance to experience the practical side of the subjects they study. We believe that such meetings help build better prepared and motivated professionals.

AC☁DC will continue to support initiatives aimed at young talents in the field of information technology. We are convinced that the new generation of professionals will play a key role in building and maintaining secure, sustainable, and reliable IT infrastructure in their future careers.
